A top-tier manufacturer of writing instruments wanted to generate qualified sales leads for their sales team in both the UK and Poland. Our client provided us with an extensive database of former clients and companies to which they had sent information or quotes before. The database included people and companies in education, semi-conductors, investment finance, and tourism. After the project briefing, our tele-sales team started working on the database and began accumulating qualified sales opportunities for the client. Our tele-sales campaign was completed in the agreed 3 month timespan and was run by 4 experienced tele-sales professionals covering one industry each.
